Terms and conditions

1. What they cover

These terms govern the use of noonica.com (the “website”) and of the user account, and you accept them by using it or by creating an account. The website belongs to GLOCAL KNOWMADS, S.L.U. (“Noonica”); its details are in the Legal notice.

2. Your account

To save homes and searches and receive alerts you can create an account with your email or your phone number. You agree to give accurate details and not to use someone else’s. You sign in with a code we send you: do not share it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

3. Property information is for guidance only

Prices, floor areas, plans, images, finishes, timescales and availability come from each developer’s information and may change without notice. Images and renderings may not match the final result exactly. Nothing published on the website is a binding offer: what counts is what is signed in each case. Calculators and simulations (for example, the mortgage calculator) give an estimate and do not replace a bank’s offer or professional advice.

4. Proper use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, damage it, try to access parts or data that are not yours, or extract its content in an automated or massive way.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, design, trademarks and code of the website belong to Noonica or to those who have allowed it to use them (for example, developers). You may view them and share links; you may not copy, modify or exploit them without written permission.

6. Liability

We try to keep the website working and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience: we are not responsible for their content.

7. Personal data

We handle it as set out in the Privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with its date. If the change is significant and you have an account, we will let you know.

9. Law and courts

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, to the courts of Eivissa.
