Cookie policy

1. What they are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Here we also call “cookies” similar technologies (local storage, pixels).

2. Which ones we use

Necessary cookies are always set; the others, only if you accept them in the banner. Until then, Clarity, HubSpot and Meta are not loaded, and Google Analytics and Google Ads load without setting cookies: Google receives cookieless pings with no identifiers (the advanced mode of its Consent Mode).

Necessary

  • CookieConsent (Cookiebot): to remember your answer to the banner. 12 months.
  • NEXT_LOCALE (Noonica): to remember the language you choose. 1 year.
  • experience-banner-not-first-visit, experience-banner-dismissed and experience-banner-filled (Noonica): not to show you the experience survey more than needed. Up to 30 days.

Statistics

  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): to count visits and learn how the website is used. 400 days.
  • _clck, _clsk and MUID (Microsoft Clarity): to understand how people browse, with heatmaps and anonymous session recordings. Up to 1 year.

Marketing

  • _gcl_au and IDE (Google Ads): to measure ad conversions. From 90 days to 13 months.
  • __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc (HubSpot): to recognise the visitor in the CRM and the chat. Up to 180 days.
  • _fbp (Meta): to measure Meta ads. 90 days.

Without cookies

Vercel counts visits without cookies or identifiers. Typeform forms, the experience survey included, only open when you ask for them, in their own window, and set their own cookies there.

3. Changing or withdrawing your consent

Whenever you want, with the “Change my cookie preferences” button at the end of this page. When you withdraw it, we delete the website’s cookies; you can delete third-party cookies from your browser.

4. More information

About the data these cookies handle, see the Privacy policy. About each provider, see its own policy.
